Wednesday, October 7th

• All committee members should plan an early arrival today (includes ALL BOARD MEMBERS)

• Meet and greet with members to discuss plans of upcoming events

• Meet with officials and make final payments

• Issue wristbands to paid classes and individuals

Thursday, October 8th

• Meet with class @12pm

• Distribute Jerseys/shirts

• 7pm Comedy Show

• 9pm Concert

Friday, October 9th

• Parade committee meet at high school to prepare for decorating float @ 9am

• Decorate float @ 10am-UNTIL

• Tailgate committee arrive and set up on front street @ 11am

• Participate in parade(EVERYONE) We will wear perspective attire.

• Tailgate on front street till 6pm

• Homecoming Game 7pm

Block Party front street till you pass out!!!

Saturday, October 10th

• Class of 96 Brunch @First Fruits 1pm-4pm

• Prepare for Black Lounge Experience & plan on arriving @7pm

• Mingle with Class of 06 at the Black Party collectively as a group

Sunday, October 11th

• Church at Word of Faith Ambassadors Worship Center @9am

• Lunch TBD

• Travel home safely
